1 /5 Donna Carvalho: My first time at this salon, I made it known I was moving out of state. Cindy was the person who did this manicure and pedicure and she admitted the color on the nails were not dark enough. I was one of the last person in the salon. I am moving tonight to Virginia State I stated that. I spoke to Lee or specified he was the manager. I am 58 years old and I get my nails and pedicure all the time. I have never had any issues prior. All he kept saying if I want to drive at 5:14pm tonight they can fix it. I told him I am moving to go to a hospital in Virginia for severe blood clots in my lungs. I told him I cannot make it back there. I was only up that way due to Zephyerhills post office to change my address. I seen them there and thought a good way to relax from my health and move. No lie I got in there at 5pm and It took 3 hours to do a very simple manicure and pedicure. To only have my nails not the right color and the nails on my toes are not neat or to the base of the cuticle. I called spoke to Lee who claimed he was the manager.
I told him I am moving tonight and it was Not!!! Done properly so with saying that, He did not want to reimburse me. I said I can send him pictures. He kept refusing. I told him I will be calling my bank in which I never had to do with a nail salon.He told me do whatever you have too. Cindy the nail tech knew I was not happy when I left. They were not that busy to redo or try to fix it.
As, I stated yesterday and today I am moving out of state tonight. For health reasons. Beware if your tech knows she did not do a good job. Keep hounding them to you get what you want. 3 hours for simple one gel nail color does not especially they were not busy and had enough help to assist Cindy. Sincerely Donna
Never leave unhappy. It would grow on me I was told. Just very unprofessional...I will be calling my bank to get reimbursement for not a good job at all.
