5 /5 Megan Davis: I celebrated my sons first birthday here and it was a wonderful place to do it. The scenery is beautiful and there is an amazing playground and swings and benches everywhere. They have an archway right at the top of the hill in front of the water to get really cute pictures there. Its a stunning place and well worth a visit with the kids or a place to celebrate birthdays or even a wedding with the beautiful and huge oaks and again the scenery is beautiful. The tide was out when I took these pictures but normally when its up to covers those two bottom, big steps. The also allow people to fish for scallops but there is a type of license you need in order to do it. There are informational signs posted everywhere. Oh and the big pavilion does have electricity with the ability to turn on the lights of the building when it starts to get darker and plugs to use for blow up bounce houses or just charging your phone or use the back wall as a screen and plug in a projector and have a movie date there by the water with the family. This place offers you the freedom to get creative and it appeals to every age. Go check it out and have fun!

4 /5 Kevin Malfa: Its a nice little park with bathrooms and a playground. It seems to be well kept. Theres a fishing and hand-launch dock (needs repair at the moment). You can still out in or take out a kayak or canoe along the shore line. This park is right on the Wakulla River.

5 /5 Xanthippe_26: Beautiful tranquil neighborhood park in the Village of St. Marks on the Wakulla River. Bathroom facilities, large covered picnic area, playground and fishing dock. If your lucky, you may see a gator, river otter, or manatee. Across the river is the beautiful and protected lands of the St. Marks Wildlife Refuge.

5 /5 Guillermo Newton: Beautiful quiet park on the river. Playground for kids, quiet fishing off the dock. Quiet and beautiful! St Marks is at the end of the road literally. Its a natural beauty!

4 /5 Amber Shiver: My kids love this park and its a good spit for daddy to go fishing and kids to play. You can also have small weddings there because they have covered tables and bathrooms. The playground needs the toddler gym fixed after the storm.

Christmas Reflections - Defuniak Springs Casey Snyder: Beautiful display of lights around the entire lake. You can park nearby and walk in free of charge, or you can drive around the lake at $5.00 per person in your vehicle over the age of 5. We have not been in several years. This time, there was a Starbucks right off of I10, which was an added bonus! Dogs are welcome as well.

Chipley Park - Defuniak Springs Mark Tuttle: Nice park for a walk. It includes a lake with a path around the lake that is about a mile long. There is a swimming area that is open in the summer. The lake includes docks but no fish.

Seacrest Wolf Preserve - Chipley margaret caruso: A visit at the Seacrest Wolf Preserve turned out to be more than I could imagine. The staff gave my husband & I the complete background on Seacrest & the preserve beginning & how it has developed. They are completely self funded. Any contributions are greatly appreciated. My favorite was a wolf named Maverick who lived up to his name. These are not pets but residents of the preserve taken care of by knowledgeable loving staff & volunteers. Look them up & set a date for a visit. Well worth it. A memory to last a lifetime.

Prospect Park Zoo - Brooklyn Rithika Iyer: Cute little zoo tucked away in a corner of Prospect Park in Brooklyn where you can easily spend a couple of hours enjoying the animals. The main attractions are the sea lions in the central courtyard that love performing for visitors at feedings times, and a troop of Hamadryas Baboons. There are also a host of smaller animals in the buildings, an Aviary, as well as a kid-friendly Barn (goats, sheep, cows, pigs, alpacas) and a nice little Trail featuring a wetland with migratory waterfowl and animals like the red pandas, dingoes and emus. Youll likely spot a peacock or three roaming free around the zoo while youre around. They have clean restrooms and a water refilling station working year round, and a little souvenir store where you can also buy snacks and soft drinks. (this review is based on multiple visits)

Queens Museum - Corona Iryna Shchukina: We didn’t expect Queens Museum to be so interesting! While it’s not very large, the exhibits it has are truly impressive. The World’s Fair section and the display about Tiffany glass production were fascinating. But the highlight was definitely the Panorama of New York City—an incredibly detailed model of the entire city. Overall, we highly recommend visiting. It’s a unique and engaging experience!

Queens Botanical Garden - Flushing Eli V: Peaceful place. Clean , relaxing, not too crowded, and to go place esp if you are a nature lover. I captured good flowers coz its springtime. :)

Fountain of the Planets - Flushing Zarif Ashab Fida: The Fountain of the Planets is a captivating and often overlooked gem near the Unisphere in Flushing Meadows–Corona Park. Its grand circular design and choreographed water jets create a mesmerizing display, especially when lit up at night. The fountain adds a sense of space-age wonder, complementing the nearby World’s Fair relics. It’s a peaceful spot to relax, take photos, or simply enjoy the rhythmic sound of water. A great stop for anyone exploring the park or visiting the Queens Museum.
