Michelle Alessio: Pretty blahhh and oftentimes a place where unaccompanied minors who shouldnt be there alone (according to their maturity level), hang out... but its a lot nicer than it used to be. Good little boat ramp and lake to go tubing on. Nice place for a quick dip on a hot day. There are a few pavilions to enjoy lunch under but Ive found they are usually pretty dirty or already occupied by said unaccompanied minors hanging out at them causing a ruckus. Beware of the geese and poop, also for glass in the water.
Casey Snyder: Beautiful display of lights around the entire lake. You can park nearby and walk in free of charge, or you can drive around the lake at $5.00 per person in your vehicle over the age of 5. We have not been in several years. This time, there was a Starbucks right off of I10, which was an added bonus! Dogs are welcome as well.
Mark Tuttle: Nice park for a walk. It includes a lake with a path around the lake that is about a mile long. There is a swimming area that is open in the summer. The lake includes docks but no fish.
margaret caruso: A visit at the Seacrest Wolf Preserve turned out to be more than I could imagine. The staff gave my husband & I the complete background on Seacrest & the preserve beginning & how it has developed. They are completely self funded. Any contributions are greatly appreciated. My favorite was a wolf named Maverick who lived up to his name. These are not pets but residents of the preserve taken care of by knowledgeable loving staff & volunteers. Look them up & set a date for a visit. Well worth it. A memory to last a lifetime.
Rithika Iyer: Cute little zoo tucked away in a corner of Prospect Park in Brooklyn where you can easily spend a couple of hours enjoying the animals. The main attractions are the sea lions in the central courtyard that love performing for visitors at feedings times, and a troop of Hamadryas Baboons. There are also a host of smaller animals in the buildings, an Aviary, as well as a kid-friendly Barn (goats, sheep, cows, pigs, alpacas) and a nice little Trail featuring a wetland with migratory waterfowl and animals like the red pandas, dingoes and emus. Youll likely spot a peacock or three roaming free around the zoo while youre around. They have clean restrooms and a water refilling station working year round, and a little souvenir store where you can also buy snacks and soft drinks.

Iryna Shchukina: We didn’t expect Queens Museum to be so interesting! While it’s not very large, the exhibits it has are truly impressive. The World’s Fair section and the display about Tiffany glass production were fascinating. But the highlight was definitely the Panorama of New York City—an incredibly detailed model of the entire city. Overall, we highly recommend visiting. It’s a unique and engaging experience!
Eli V: Peaceful place. Clean , relaxing, not too crowded, and to go place esp if you are a nature lover. I captured good flowers coz its springtime. :)
