I love the friendly atmosphere and professionalism; more importantly they were very understanding about my gum sensitivity issue and was very gentle a with me. Thank you Waterlake Dentistry.

1 /5 James Nolan: So I came in here almost a year ago to fix a cavity they ended up telling me I needed a root canal and a crown, which I got. They had to shave it down multiple times as it wasnt the right size and I even had to come back to get it done more after they spent an hour shaving it down the first time. Iv had the crown for nearly a year now and it is still distinctly bigger than the rest of my teeth, I believe they did not verify the mould was set correctly, I believe it shifted during the moulding process. Extremely unprofessional. They should have checked to make sure it was correct before installing something permanent.

5 /5 Robert Boske: Absolutely the best dental facility that I have ever been to. Always easy to make an appointment. Everyone is always upbeat and positive and always makes me feel welcomed and important. As soon as you walk in the door the ladies at the front desk always greet the customers with a smile. The entire staff makes going to the dentist as good of an experience as possible.

5 /5 Lori Hagins: Absolutely amazing visit to the dentist! From the time I called to book an appt until the time I left I felt completely taken care of. Amelia greeted me with a smile and a genuine concern for my comfort. I was immediately taken back by Wendy for my appointment at my scheduled time where she completed my x-rays before Dr. Lisa come in to introduce herself, make me feel welcomed and perform the exam. Everyone was absolutely professional and my teeth feel so clean. Wendy was so gentle and thorough and this office thinks of everything! In all my dental visits over the years no office has ever offered sunglasses to wear during my cleaning to keep the bright overhead lights out of my eyes! So glad I found this office!! They think of everything...bottled water, chapstick...the works!!
