We’re great very professional courteous and friendly. My hygienist was amazing. She explained very professional. It was a great experience having her as my hygienist. I just apologize that I did forget her name, but I asked for her to be my personal hygienist from here on. She did such a great job thank you for having her as your employee. She is a good asset

1 /5 Gina Pellillo-Balog: Do your yourself a favor and find another dental provider who has competent and understandable staff. The provider himself was very thorough and professional. The staff is not trained properly, they are not efficient, very argumentative and not customer service orientated. I ran a practice for over 15 years and made sure our staff was properly trained and could either answer patient questions or transfer them to the appropriate staff member for help, whether patient care related or insurance related.

If you looking for a dentist in Brooksville or Spring Hill this is the place you want to go. From all the dentists places I called to get dental care this was the more affordable, attentive and caring. No one like to go to the dentist for whatever reason but this place is the best I found and trust me, you are not going to regret it. I felt like I was their priority and not my packet. 5 /5 Dawn Love: Had a very good experience everybody was very friendly as I was very nervous to go to the dentist. They were very gentle in real life my sensitivity in my mouth and make sure that I was not in any pain. I would recommend them highly to anybody. they’re wonderful I will be back.

Jessica Masterson: I dont know where to start but to say that I should have came to this office when I moved here. Ive been to several offices in Spring Hill and they were all horrible. I wanted a more family/friendly atmosphere rather than an office just trying to take your money. I went to Bright Now over the weekend and they completely misdiagnosed me. They told me I had gum disease and 6 cavities! Today, I went to this office for a second opinion and I have zero cavities and healthy gums. The office staff was wonderful to me and treated me like they knew me for years even though we were complete strangers. The Dr was very nice. He was warm, gentle, and kind. You can tell right away that he has a good heart and soul. His energy is uplifting and genuine. He will not try to take your money or do unnecessary work. Look no further and book your appointment with this office!!!!! Thank you to everyone for helping me out today. I will forever be grateful for your honesty and helping me get an appointment so quickly.

Maria Adamson: This place has been the best place for my children. Moving across country has been hard to find a family dentist that really cares about your children and the parents concerns. We checked out two other dentistry places and this is where we have settled in. My kids are excited to come every time and leave happy with smile. The doctor is the sweetest lady and really takes time to connect with your children. She sets the tone for the whole environment here and the rest of the world orders are sweet and talkative with the kids. I can’t say enough good things about them. They ask you about your concerns as a parent and provide you with the best options. If you want fluoride free they have that option as well and it is a judgment free zone. I am very pleased with every visit here. Thank you ladies for the great experience every time & your knowledge & patience with our family ❤️

John Hayek: Outstanding! Dr. Hamoui got me in with very short notice. Turns out I needed a root canal. The doctor as well as his assistant Paula took the time to explain how everything was going to go and what to expect. They made sure that I was as comfortable as possible and explained where we were in the process during the root canal. It seems impossible for a business to have over 650 reviews all with a five-star rating, but I now understand how they accomplish this after being a patient there. Highly recommend!

Lex Smith: The office was nice and clean and the people were incredibly friendly but I’m so disappointed. Their online and phone service with the new patient deal is very misleading. I though as someone with no insurance living paycheck to paycheck I’d be able to get my teeth professionally cleaned for the first time in years, but it turns out the new patient deal is only an assessment including X-rays I didn’t rlly need. I just wanted my teeth cleaned and I wasted my time and money. No fault of the people that work here at this location, they were very polite. EDIT: it took me a while to get around to adding to this. The manager or who ever called me while I was at work, not to reconcile or offer me my money back. But to try and sell me their insurance thing or whatever it is. Wouldn’t send anyone here, totally waste of time and money.

Dental insurance only covers so much and not everybody has the money, so I put off going back. Completely different story with Value Dental. Everyone was so nice and put me at ease before meeting with Dr. Boholst. Dr. Boholst was very kind, took his time and there was absolutely no judgement like past dentists. The true shining star of the office is Nick! What a great guy! Not only is he very personable, but he put me right at ease after I told him how nervous I was about the visit. Nick made sure that I was comfortable during the x ray process, carefully explained each step and actually made those horrible bitewing xrays less painful than they usually are. He also met up with me after the exam and explained Dr. Boholsts treatment plan step by step and helped me plan which I should take first.I highly recommend Value Dental.
