Jason did an excellent job, quickly diagnosing and fixing the issue with my vehicle. The service was fast, efficient, and top-notch. What really stood out was Jasons friendly and welcoming attitude. He made sure to explain everything clearly, so I knew exactly what was happening with my truck. And a special shoutout to Leroy, the shop dog—such a cool and friendly addition to the shop! Its clear that West Coast Repair and Services not only cares about cars but also about creating a great environment for their customers. 5 /5 Sam Abegg: After having service done here it’s clearly easy to see why all of the reviews are 5 star. Was headed home across country when a wheel bearing went out. Jason was able to get my vehicle in, diagnosed and fixed the next business day. Due to this being on the weekend, and me not being able to get back into town for nearly a week, Jason had no issues with letting my truck stay on the lot until I arrived. My parents live 5 minutes from this place and I had zero issues with advising them to take their vehicles here for any future needs they may have. Truck drove home with no problems. Thanks again.

The customer service and entire atmosphere is the way that it should be. Even the shop dog -Leroy Brown- was sweet and happy to see us. I would definitely recommend West Coast Repair!
