1 /5 Jennifer Jovanovic: Unreal. I was told to stay in communication with them & showed a lot of interest in my toddler potentially attending their preschool. The Director of the preschool program acts as if she doesn’t know who I am over the phone this morning after speaking with her many times over the course of 3 weeks. She then tells me to call back towards the end of last week to get an update on waiting list because she was working on it - after leaving several messages with no call back, finally after making a complaint this morning I receive an immediate call back. She tells me there are 54 families ahead of my daughter (2 year old class) she acted as if there was a possibility of her beginning in the near future when speaking with her previously - Michelle said she had no idea (as far as around the number of students at top of waiting list for toddler room) …. But come on: you couldn’t share “many many students on waiting list” or at least 20-30 ahead of you or something?! Annoyed. I don’t care what their response is to this unless they take accountability for not ever returning messages - maybe there needs to be more structure. Idk if a facility doesn’t answer messages in 7-10 days , then they prob need an extra hand or take an additional 30 min out of their day to actually check messages then maybe plan some time to respond.
