1 /5 Christina Froudaki: Aeropostale Boynton store is the worse store I ever shopping in my life . On 02/2026 at 4:15 pm after i went to that store trying to return or exchange a merchandise I had purchased last week , I has completed humiliated with severe profanity, roundness and completely unprofessional attitude from the store manager who refused to give me her name after i almost call the police as she was extremely loud embarrassed me inside the store. I had my receipt, I also gave her my email and also my phone number she refused to return or exchange my merchandise seeing that she was not able to find the product on my account even with the receipt I was presented to her with matching barcodes with the merchandise , I ask her if I could had store credit or the amount to be transferred to gift card so I will be able to shopping on line she told me Aeropostale doesn’t do that and she told me to take to goodwill for donations that will be the best thing to do, when she hear me contact corporate she start to panic and screaming and she told me to take my shit and leave the store !!!! I have file major complaint against this employee after I spoke with corporate , unfortunately i don’t have her name , my 2 friends also told me also they stop going to Aeropostale at Boynton and they prefer to drive 40 minutes to the Wellington location to avoid all the rude attitude from the sales at that store. I have been Aeropostale customer over 1O eyes and I’m very surprised how the company hires people specially for managers positions with ABSOLUTELY zero professional qualifications !!!! The case is open and my complaint has been filed & I’m waiting for the escalation team to contact me on the next days as I was informed. My advice PLEASE DONT SHOP at Aeropostale Boynton Beach in case you don’t want to be treated like trash from the staff.
