5 /5 Betsy Breeden: Shopped w Elizabeth in the Butler Town Center in Gainesville and she was so great! Helped my daughter (26) and me (56) find some great pieces (Sweaters, leggings etc). Would highly recommend.

1 /5 Ashleigh: Very rude employees, i went in there not too long ago and two employees were laughing at me the whole time and saying rude things i could hear. I was just minding my business so this aerie location really needs to think about hiring new employees.

1 /5 Peyton Agliata: Unhelpful, unprofessional & rude team members. I couldn’t even tell who was actually working because most of the employees were in pajamas & underwear. They also gave me issue over an untagged pair of underwear, mentioned they were likely returned, only for me to discover after purchase that they’re dirty too.

5 /5 Alyssa Pons: After having read some of the reviews on rude employees, bad service, etc., I have to say I personally did not have this experience! Maybe they’ve made a change recently. The couple of times I’ve been to this Aerie (which is probably my favorite store chain), I’ve always enjoyed shopping here because it is very clean, all the employees have been nice and it’s also very well stocked with SO many cute clothes! I online ordered the last time I went here, and it was super convenient bc it was ready after only a few hours!!
