1 /5 Nancy Rarick: I stopped going to this store because their salespeople follow you everywhere and did not let you touch their clothes. I love Ann Taylor clothes but I am not returning to this particular store. I am glad is closed temporarily, the store needs to change the way they treat their customers. Their clientele mostly consists of more mature age women however I felt I was treated like a teenager being followed by the sales person. Once I forgot a shopping bag that contained a piece of jewelry and when I went back they were so rude, I hope they train their manager better if they de use to reopened

5 /5 Jennifer Guastafeste: I recently visited the Glades Road Ann Taylor and I was helped by Christine and Lou. They were absolutely terrific and made my shopping experience a total pleasure. I would most definitely return to this location to do my shopping. Fantastic!!!!!!

1 /5 Thats Me: This store is so full of racists people. I’ve encountered different racist moments with them, but this time, I’m done with them. I literally spent over 15mins wondering with clothes to tried on in my hands, while the cashier, ”Sandy” is having random conversation with others. Finally, I walked myself to an open fitting room, then when I needed help to zip up the dress, I stepped outside and waited a while. Sandy passed right next to me and seeing the dress was unzipped. She then returned and asked “oh you need help” I replied “yes” she started to zip up my dress and say “ this doesn’t fit. Did you see a bigger size out there? You have to look for a bigger size, the phone is ringing, I gotta answer it, I’m the only one in this store”. I went back in the fitting, removed the clothes and decided not to try the other outfits. As I was walking out of the fitting room, there was Sandy coming, carrying cloths for another potential buyer and put them into a fitting room. I told her, excuse me, what is your name? She gave me her name with a sleazy smile and said “Is there’s anything else I can help you with?” I told her “you didn’t even offer your help from the beginning, that’s why I’m leaving.” At that point, she turned around and walked away. - How rude, racist and underestimating of her? #NotMyBlackDollar.

4 /5 Valerie Crawford: Excellent customer service. Clean, well organized and expensive. Anne Taylor, what do I expect. Although they had the item I was looking for and the quality was great. I just need to save up to purchase up.
