5 /5 Rigoberto Ribeiro: Excellent brand and quality. But the best part was seeing my fiancées satisfaction. An employee named RONNIELLE provided excellent service. While my fiancée, Keity, was being pampered by the employee, I observed the satisfaction of both of them, who seemed like long-time friends. We went into the store only to buy a single piece of clothing, but we left with more than 10 pieces... Im happy for my beloved Keity. Thank you RONNIELLE!!! Thank you ANN TAYLOR!

2 /5 H: Disappointed at the lack of options for petites but more so at the customer service. Jaslyn at the fitting room was too busy carrying on a conversation about her birthday and her family and not being mindful about the fitting room availability. I literally opened the curtain on a lady that was changing because she told me it was available. This was after opening another curtain with racks of clothes. Again NOT AVAILABLE.
