5 /5 Trish w: This is a must visit store. So many wonderful Florida friendly clothes. Swimsuits galore! Coverups, skirts, mix and match. The fitting rooms are so clean, and spacious, my pictures dont do them justice, but trust me, the fitting rooms are terrific. Found some cute things on clearance today, and a great purse. So much to choose from. Plenty of parking, easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

1 /5 Scott Roodbergen: My wife just left this store about an hour ago. She had the most horrible experience trying to buy three blouses at this location. The cashiers were very rude to her as she was trying to check out with what she wanted to purchase. One cashier yelled loudly at her that she needed to be in the correct line. My wife felt very embarrassed that the cashier made a scene in front of everyone. Once she got to the other cashier she was told that "she was a bad girl" for scratching off the coupon from a mailer. The cashier told her that they have to do that. My wife was unaware that she wasnt supposed to scratch it off before going to the store. How would you know what the special is before you go into the store then. That cashier even said that if the discount had been 50% Off then she would NOT give my wife the coupon but since it was only 25% discount then she would go ahead and give the the discount this time only for the three blouses she was purchasing. We are talking about a $83 purchase after the deal. As she was describing her experience to me I told her that I would have left everything there and walked out on them for being so disrespectful to their customers. For such a higher end apparel store I would have expected that the service would be much more professional and personable. I have been in sales for over 45 years and the lack of quality service at this store is totally uncalled for. Management better do a better job of training their personnel. I know that we will not spend any more of our hard earned dollars here.
