2 /5 Michelle Mallia: Went there to exchange an old phone. Daniel was very nice. They accidently ordered wrong phone a Ultra 24+ (it happens), but charged activation fee $90, before realizing it. They ordered in correct phone (z-fold). Charged us another activation fee. They didnt put in computer they have the Ultra 24+ phone or returned it to corporate ATT so they can see the post, so it looks like we recieved the ultra 24+ and the Z-fold. We didnt, we only took home the Z-Fold(which is correct one). The Ultra 24+ never left store. Now corporate ATT is charging us full price for the Ultra 24+ and late fees AND the Z-Fold under contract (which is correct). This has been going on since October with no fix. It took till Mid January to get it totally resolved and we were 2 month behind in actual plan charges. But Im glad they finally resolved it. Daniel was very nice, but it took way to long for the upper management to fix this.
