1 /5 Roger Wright: In November I received a flier in the mail for a sale starting on 11/15/24, the address on the flier was for the Southgate Bealls in Sebring. I went to this bealls and was told that there was no gift card give away, I was not the only person there asking about it.
After contacting customer service by email the manager contacted me on 11/29/24 but I was visiting family out of state for Thanksgiving. When I returned I replied to her email stating I would call on 12/4/24, when I called was told she had the day off and will be in on 12/5/24 in the afternoon, so I call two or three times with the last time about 4pm, when I spoke to the assistant manager and was told the manager was not there yet and she would relay the message. As of today 12/23/24 i still havent heard back. This shows me that they dont care much about customer service, it also has me considering on canceling my credit card.
