5 /5 Alivia Kay: Im not a super fan of this location. The selection seems to always be the same style and can be drab for a local retail store. HOWEVER, I give 5 stars for the customer service I received today from a new store clerk Sarah, and a Supervisor Cheyenne. As a former District Manager in the retail industry and having worked for the Bealls company, these 2 collaborated with an issue I had with a product. Its not always easy to deal with returns and exchanges in retail, coming from experience but these 2 ladies pulled it off.
The change in staff is turning out to make the shopping experience a much better place to be.
Keep up the customer experience Sarah and Cheyenne. 5 stars for both of you.
