The exceptional service provided by two sales associates made my visit truly memorable. Ms. Tien Givens and Fhyllis Wood , they both exhibited patience and a positive demeanor when interacting with customers, which was impressive. As I preparing for my trip to Europe in April, I was searching for a carry- on bag. Fhyllis took the time to understand my requirements and made every effort to ensure I found the ideal luggage.
