1 /5 David Dunlevy: The nicest pair of flip flops Ive ever purchased were exactly that for only 3 full days before they started falling apart! This is not about the poorly constructed product but about the poorly handled return. Apparently this store takes zero responsibility for the products they sell but rather refers their customers to a manufacturers web site , which they apparently didnt have, and tells their customer that they have no contact info and that I needed to go "online" to locate someone at the shoe factory , or flip flop factory as it were, who could hear my grievance. I only wanted to exchange this purchase for something a bit more durable (3 weeks even) rather than the 3 days use I had. Its businesses like this one that make it so hard to be a consumer. Ill put this in the loss column and call it a day. Spending $148.00 on a pair of "quality" flippies was my mistake and Ill own it! Mistreatment of a local and regular customer, well, Beneath the Sea will need to own that! I will lobby the manufacturer hard for this product to be sold in another , close by location .
