1 /5 gunner maxwell: Been here twice to have my bow worked on, terrible customer service with the archery department both times. Went in last to order new mods, the guy told me he would have to order them and that he would do it tomorrow, took my name and number said he would call when they came in (should be less then a week). Didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks so i called them, he was busy but i left a message and my name and number with someone else and they said he would call me when he was finished, never got a call back. I called Matthew’s directly and i was informed the part was never ordered. that was a month and a half ago, will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

1 /5 Tabitha Cannady: I guess chivalry is dead among the guys at Big Bend Sporting Goods? Went in today to purchase a 50lb bag of chicken feed like I have many times before. Neither the guy behind the counter, nor the other 4 or 5 guys just standing around inside talking offered to help me get the feed. I’m perfectly capable of picking up a 50lb bag of feed, like I did today, but that’s not the point. Have some decency, be polite, and offer to help a woman out. I’m sure your conversation could have waited 2 minutes. Like I said chivalry must be dead among the Big Bend guys.
