5 /5 Justin Shivers: I went in to check out the ariat work boots and was immediately greeted upon entering. I was being a bit autistic and extra when making sure I was getting the right size, since I’m used to wearing bare foot boots, but Ryan was patient and happy to help. Good experience and would gladly go back for my next pair.

2 /5 Garrison: The Boot Barn in Gainesville sold us size 6.5 womens round toe Ariat ATS footbeds, but when we got home, inside the box was SQUARE TOE insoles. We had to return them and of course, they didnt have the product we wanted. The box looked like it had been opened before so we guessed this was at least the second time this had happened to a customer. We probably wont be going back to the Gainesville store as this is the second time we have had poor service from employees that seem to not care or dont know the products they are selling. The Ocala store is much better.

1 /5 Z. Kay Barber-Harris: I was actually racially profiled today in the Gainesville Florida store today. When I walked in the store no one greeted me. I had to ask one of the young ladies in the store if there was something I can buy to put on my boots because they looked different colors. She told me that I buy Leather Conditioner and she also sold me a water/ stain repellent. I told her that I wanted to look around a little before I checked out. As me and my husband walked around the store there were two other women following us around. Okay we went to check out Katie asked me if I had anything else I told her No just the two items. She asked me if I wanted to pay for the boots that I wore into the store. I looked at her as if you must be crazy. Then she asked if I paid for them. The young lady that was standing behind her didn’t say a thing she was the first person I asked about my boots that I was wearing. No correction to let Katie know that I walked in with the boots on my feet.

3 /5 Margaret Macy: I was a little surprised when I had to wait about 5 minutes before someone finally asked if they could help me, especially since there were several employee that were not with customers. I was then directed to some jeans that were similar to what I was describing, told that this is what they have and then they walked away and I was left to find what I wanted to try on. When I couldnt find a good fit, I wandered around the store a bit longer and then left. No one ever asked again if I needed any additional help. It seems to be a nice store, clean and well stocked, but there was a lot to look through and I didnt know where else to look without help.
