1 /5 Michelle Wood: So Ive been shopping at Buckle for a long time and spent a decent amount of my money with them and have loved most of the clothes and purses Ive bought from there. Im not a weathly person so I have to save when I want something for myself. I ordered a pair of jeans online recently and when I got them they were just too big. I wore them just around my house for about 20 minutes to see if theyd still be ok for me but no they stretch and were falling off. I went to my local mall today to just exchange them and they wouldnt let me because the tags werent on them. They obviously could see they werent wore out only tried on. The manager said he wanted to see my purchase history after he could see the pants were still new. He wanted to see how much money I spend with Buckle before he made a decision. Well I guess since I had spent much this summer with them he sent me off KNOWING Id never be able to wear these 85$ jeans. Yes, 85$! Im disgusted with how this was handled and to treat a customer so scrappy is unacceptable. Its so easy for them to put a new tag on them. It makes me not ever want to spend my money with them ever again.
