3 /5 Billy Merlo: Went in with my fiancé , and the ladies working are both wearing mask because they are sick with covid and the flu but have been told in the past that the store can’t be closed. Not to mention it’s very hot bc the ac has been out for a month. The corporate number doesn’t seem to be working so this is the next best thing. do better cato , treat your employees better. The ladies were very nice and helpful despite them both being sick and working in these conditions. Only leaving 3 stars bc of the ladies.

4 /5 nellie P: The store was beautiful and well kept up. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately this is not the style that I was looking for when I walked in. I feel like the decor and style is more for the mature.

5 /5 Dana Lynch: I love this store!! Great selection of fashionable clothes and accessories for women. If they dont have your size in the store, they can order it for you and ship it to the store for free. The store personnel are very friendly and super helpful! The prices can be a bit high on some things but its worth it.

3 /5 CDM: Customer service at this Cato is great & professional. However, the store is very disorganized in clothes for colors, sizes & being hung up neat. Ive been to other Catos to where the store is clean & organized but this Cato is lacking disorganization. The jewerly on clearance looks terrible & not inviting. Presentation is the key to getting customers attention so that they may come back. Im not too sure about this Catos. However, the customer service is great!
