1 /5 Elizabeth: Dressing room was disgusting and the store smelled horribles. Clothes are tightly hung together. Sizes were all mixed up.

1 /5 Mandi w Duke: Id give it 0 stars if I could. Finally went in there for some tights after years of hearing great things about them. Ended up buying 3 pairs and some shape wear. Not only was the shape wear severely mislabeled, with the underwear being 2 different sizes then what was on the tag, one of the tights had a hold in them, and another of the pairs of tights barely fit even though the label said they were the right size.when I tried to return the tights, I was told no they dont take returns on tights, they blamed me for the hole, and made me buy a whole new pair that I just tried to put on and are also mislabeled in size. Never again.

5 /5 natalie chappell: I was very happy that Catos Crestview Florida had reopened!!! Catos Crestview always has a variety of clothes and a nice array of sizes. I have been shopping there for years and sometimes it has been friendly and sometimes not so much. I am very happy to report that I actually enjoy shopping there now, customer service is spot on!!! The ladies that work there are very nice. So many times when doing a review it is about something negative so I wanted to take the time to just thank the ladies for being so nice. You never know when a person needs just a little kindness. Kudos!!!

5 /5 Julia Smith: A lady named Carla helped me pick out two shirts when I was originally only coming in for one at 04/03/2019, 6:43 PM at store 521 in Crestview FL. She listened attentively to what I needed and was very patient with me. Great customer service on her part, specifically. I’m also very happy with both of the shirts she suggested.

5 /5 Dorothy Quill: The very best boutique for myself and all ladies and gentlemen looking for that one unique item. Talk about style with a twist. I found everything I loved here from the classy blouse, to the dress pants and not to mention the wonderful skirt. They have everything and are most helpful. Great prices too!
