Crazy Shirts - Sarasota (FL)

1 /5 Myra Stewart: I bought a large tshirt in July and was told I could exchange it with no problem if I needed a larger size. The shirt was too small so I went back to the store and the girl that waited on me was apparently new and no manager was available. I wanted the same tshirt that I purchased in a larger size and was told they had one somewhere in the store but the girl could not find one so I bought another one in an ex large size. The help was so confused as to how the exchange needed to take place. So see gave me the $40.00 shirt and did not credit me the full amount I paid for the original shirt. I wasnt given a receipt showing the exchange....as now I have to return the exlarge shirt as it is so big. I have tried to contact the store in St. Armands several times and was put on hold for a long time.i tried calling back and the phone rand busy for the longest time.

1 /5 Paulette Haseltine: If I could give zero stars I would. All I wear are Crazy Shirts. Walked into store and sales girl never looked up from her folding shirts. They just lost a good customer. So very rude.

5 /5 Patrick Snyder: We’ve been stopping at Crazy Shirts in St. Armands since 2000, and it’s a tradition to grab a shirt every trip. They always have fun designs with unique dyes you don’t see everywhere else. The store looks great after its post-hurricane overhaul, and the staff has consistently been friendly and personable—often taking the time to chat with our kids while we browse. A longtime favorite and always worth a stop.

1 /5 Dale Haagenstad: Ordered 2 shirts. I have never seen 2 shorts stuffed in such a small bag in my life. Shirts feel damp and are so crushed and wrinkled I wonder if creases will come out... Order came from Denver..

5 /5 George Paugh: Store Manager Cindy was AWESOME!!! I ended up buying three shirts and I look forward to coming back next year while on vacation. High quality and outstanding customer service. Go check this place out.
