5 /5 Brian Horn: I rarely buy sneakers from Dick‘s, but was pleasantly surprised with my experience recently. Their employee Paola was a one woman wrecking crew in that department. She was extremely attentive, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Hang onto that employee!

1 /5 Hallye Montgomery: This store needs to stop selling merchandise that is not in brand new condition at brand new prices. Just picked up a new pair of Nike Vomero Plus shoes that I paid just under $200 for and they’re dirty and have clearly been worn previously and returned. I’m more upset because this is now the second time recently that I’ve bought something that was sold to me very visibly used and dirty. Returning and won’t be buying anything from this store in the future.

1 /5 Ian Toth: Called ahead to have a bike serviced and if parts were available. Was told it would be 2 days to work on at the minimum and the parts were in stock. I get there and not only are the parts not in stock, but i was told it would take over 2 weeks for a simple service IF the parts came in on time. Lying twice over phone and making me waste time to get to this shop only to bait and switch me once I am there is unacceptable.
