4 /5 Rosemarie Berisha: What can I say! I love this store! Except in the shoes department. On 2/5/26, I saw shoes that I liked, but they were no longer in stock; only the display was left! I asked the associate if they could give me a discount because it was a display. She kept insisting no! I asked, "Can you ask the ASM?" She said no! I left without buying the shoes!

5 /5 Jennifer Campbell: I purchased a bra. Im a difficult fit, but this young lady, who has helped me before, is kind and knowledgeable. They have a large selection of sizes, and could probably fit anyone. Although the price seems high, the service I was given was outstanding.

5 /5 Lion Lamb: Beautiful Christmas floor. Very nice store. The things you buy are genuine and dont poop out the first time you wear/ use it. Definitely suggest for bringing your family.

5 /5 Nathan Iles: I want to thank Shay (ASM) and Jessica (GM) for coming through for my wifes wedding dress. When issues occurred with the special order with several other Dillards locations . They scrambled to get get us the last dress in her size to us 1 day before our day. We couldnt be more thankful. They went beyond on every level for us. Thank you Shay & Jessica.

5 /5 Alitza Alvarez: Nelly is wonderful! She always makes me feel confident and beautiful. Even though she doesn’t work upstairs, she takes time to walk me up and help me shop since I don’t speak English. She’s patient, kind, and goes above and beyond!
