1 /5 G Mangano: Bought a water bong (cheapest bong was $40) The bong was unusable, the glass was not blown through and it was impossible to use. I attempted to exchange for a different one, the owner said he would not do anything to fix the problem, because it had been used and could not be resold. He was 100% going to resell the product after I came in and showed him how air cannot travel through the blocked glass. Disgusting ethics. Instead of honoring a product and doing an exchange they lost a customer for life. He kept saying "nowhere in America will anyone exchange a glass product", which is odd considering he deals in products within an unregulated market. Gave up hundreds of future sales just to scam someone out of 40 bucks. With business practices like that it wont be around long.

5 /5 JEANNETTE VANDER PUTTEN: Went today for the first time. Was surprised by the selection and cleanliness of the shop. The gentleman that helped me today was very kind and nice. Took the time to answer my questions and help me read some labels as I could not read well due to my vision issues. Although I I only came for rolling papers today. I will be returning for all of my smoke needs. Thank you for opening up in our small little town. It was much needed.
