1 /5 Brandy Mich: Being a retail owner of a non profit. I found the tactics of this place quite a fiasco. The lady who worked there was super pushy distasteful gestures. I over heard her arguing with a potential customer, I feel really bad the lady doesn’t think about customer service first.

1 /5 Sarah Finley: I was on and off on my phone (I do anesthesia and work on call) browsing the store with my mother standing in front of some jackets when the supposed owner (she told me she was the owner but refused to tell me her name) grabbed the jacket off the hanger in front of me and was immediately aggressive stating “can I help you with something” and held onto the jacket under her arm and kept ahold of the jacket. So I asked her “did you not want me to look at that jacket?” In which she immediately became aggressive and rude stating “well I thought you were just scrolling on your phone” and told me to leave when I told her she made me feel like she didn’t want me looking at the jacket with how she was behaving. Then my mother came back in and she was rude to my MOTHER. Astonishingly horrible business behavior and completely uncalled for if that was the owner. Never in my life have I ever seen a business owner treat clients so POORLY.
