To the store to switch for the same one, then I was told that they don’t accept any merchandise broken, I explained that I don’t want any money just switch the same one, since that have available, I think this is not good since just I purchased that item a week ago, she Manager refused to do something for me. I requested Customer Service phone number, i asked her name to see who I was talking with, then she refused to provide her name. I don’t believe that it is a good service when the employee no use name tag or give you their name. I work on tetail
And it is priority give great customer service and we start with the customer service when you know the name of the associate who is interacting with you. No good customer service at all, and bad quality on the material of the jacket.. I hope this store change the way to treat customers
