What made it even better was the generous discounts they offered, making my shopping experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service and great deals!

1 /5 Rocking Rebel Green: I shop at the gap everytime Im in key west. I spend $400 -$500 each trip. I was excited to do some shopping today but when I walked in the young gentlemen with curly hair never acknowledged me. 3 minutes later some white clients walked in and he cheerfully great them. This is really sad. My feeling was hurt Manners is free. Kindness is free. I shop for the kids less fortunate in Dominica and Iook forward for this shopping spree. I hope you guys take your time to train your team members.

1 /5 mE1774: WORST COSTUMERS! I really liked the clothes and the prices! But the customer service was the worst I ever had. I asked one dress whether one dress costs still 30 or because of the price reduction only 16. She said: "I dont know..maybe" turned around to her colleague and they laughed very hard, while I was standing next to it. Except for the incompetence, the lack of knowledge and the unwillingness to help she has not treated me with respect or courtesy. This must be the highest priority for such employees. I mean, which employee enjoys not being able to help the customers. Ive never seen anything like it. I was so offended that I immediately got out, because I didnt want to leave any money in this shop. I will never enter this store again....too bad about the nice things. I just hope her boss realizes how she treats her customers! Worst customer service ever! What if I read the comments here, some others might think so too.

5 /5 Szuping: Super friendly staff at the register. We under-packed for our cruise and we were happy with the selection and prices.
