5 /5 LaShundra S: My daughter dad brought her a pair of Nike for her birthday April 20th also Easter celebration. She wear a size 3 that shes been wearing since the start of the school year. He brought the shoe without her trying them on. However when she tried them on to wear to school the Nike was tight and her dad threw away the receipt. I took the pair of Nike back to the store on 4/26/2025 and was able to change the same Nike to a size 3.5. It was a little hectic at the store but nonetheless but Aujanae the sales associate helped me and my daughter is happy and is ready to show off her new pair Nike she received from her dad on her birthday. Great job ladies.

5 /5 Kiara s: The assistant manager, Bre was very helpful I could not find what I was looking for in any other stores that would go with one of my outfits and she helped me in a quick second. Definitely recommend her 10 out of 10 will come back. I cannot leave out Laquan, the manager Kam and Moe

1 /5 Julie Blanco: Dont know if they are under new management but they need help better customer service and I just thought this hat was a little off Hibbett was alot better the new look is nice but not sure whats going on I think they forgot this is a small town and probably need to better there workers and be more welcoming and not like they hate there job and dealing with people coming from someone whos from a big city that is full of culture just a little weird

3 /5 Margaret Lewis: I went to take a pair of pants I purchased for.my son back..The first thing the girl did was ask her coworker to go ask what the return policy was on clearance..My thought is I hope its the same as the other policies because no one told me.anything different and of course tags attached and receipt was the only requirement. Then she asked me whats wrong with them with an attitude-and I said nothing but too big..Then her along with her other 2 co-worker s were ordering their lunch and having discussions about what they wanted and what was on the menu while waiting on me- aggrevated at this point in the meanwhile shes just standing there while I wait co tinting to discuss her order and what she wanted to eat..Worst customer service ever they need some.more training on what NOT TO DO while waiting on customers and know your policies before I show up especially when its something you do on a daily basis..This occurred on 8/20/24 @ 1:05 pm the cashier # was 221767 please supervisor train them better she had 2 other young ladies working with her sales person # 213367 was the one ordering the food and taking orders

5 /5 ERICA FULLER: Everyone that works there has great customer service. Every time I come in Hibbett’s someone is always asking me do I need help finding anything, even if it’s not in the store they help me order it online. I was so pleased to find an outfit to go with shoe’s.
