2 /5 Gambolputty Mike: Last week I went to this store to buy some bedding. I had reviewed the current sales and knew there was 25% off. I found a comforter to buy but they didnt have the size I needed. I went to the counter and asked for the size I wanted. They didnt have it. I asked to order the one I wanted. The sales agent wanted me to go home and order on-line. I said no, I wanted to order now. The sales agent had trouble with the system and took nearly 10 minutes to order it. I was not given the discount advertised and had to ask for it. After getting that completed, by impulse, I decided to buy a new pillow. I took the pillow to the counter by the exit. The sales agent there rang it up without the advertised discount. I requested the discount and was told to look it up on my phone. I told the sales agent I did not have use my phone to get the advertised discount to buy the comforter. Another sales agent, told my sales agent to show me how to use my ohone. I then told them to keep the pillow. COMMENTS: This is a shell of the store it used to be. I have shopped there from day 1. They have little inventory and the sales agents are not customer oriented. Sadly, I think the store should be closed.
