3 /5 Andy Matyszewski: I love the store and the apparel. Every time Im in town I stop by and spend good amount of $ at the store. Young gentleman thats been there for a while is a great asset the store and makes my shopping experience very pleasant. Unlike the store manager ( her uncomfortable feeling of us coming into the store 30 minutes prior the closing was obvious and she commented on it ) I think simple " hi how you doing and welcome " should be standard procedure especially retail on holiday weekend in tourist town ..welcoming your guest at the store. Her cold attitude and lack of personality make me feel uncomfortable and rushed ( sorry but not sorry maam ) . But the young gentleman made our shopping experience very pleasant and remembered us from shopping years ago. Thats true customer service.
