5 /5 beth: I had a wonderful experience at J.Jill the other day, the store was clean and well organized. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, I was looking for a Birthday gift for my grandmother who loves the store, the staff was very helpful with suggestions on what I could get her, I ended up getting her a Gift Card. I really did appreciate the excellent customer service that I was given and highly recommend shopping at this store.

5 /5 Family In need: Employees are welcoming and knowledgeable. I was shopping for my wife and the ladys working that day helped me tremendously. One was named Caryn and the other I forgot.

1 /5 Gail Pepin: Just left the store, with nothing. Two employees, I was the only customer. I walked in, looked around, walked past them, kept looking around, covered the entire store. I finally left, neither one even acknowledged my presence, let alone ask me if they could help. I can do better in the catalog.

1 /5 Tate Rawlings: I was here the a couple weeks ago with my grandma trying to return some things she bought and the lady with the short grey hair was absolutely rude and unprofessional kept telling us we shouldnt return so much stuff and that they will close and go out of business with so many people coming back with returns we definitely wont be coming back
