They now have a Sephora inside, that is very fragrant when someone walk by. The customer service section receives Amazon returns and gives a Kohls discount or money-off-a-purchase coupon for returning an Amazon purchase. The automatic doors are accessible, as are fitting room and restroom. They offer a standard shopping cart, as well as a smaller one and a large bag that can be used with a stroller, wheel chair and electric cart. Wheel chair van access free parking in lot in front of store.

1 /5 Richard H: This store has terrible management! Went in to see if I could find sandals and ended us just going to check out line with a tee shirt. It was just before noon, in season in Florida and kids out of school for the holiday. Only TWO stations were open...eight people in front of me. The two clerks that were open had some difficulties so the line was not moving at all. For well over 10 minutes I watched a lady that was clearly a manager (short frosted hair) fussing around with the displays adjacent to the register area.... completely ignoring...or oblivious....to what the checkout situation right in front of her. Clearly Kohls cant wait until they are completely out of business and join the likes of Sears. Upper management might want to review the security footage from 2/16 at 11:30-12:30.

5 /5 Harry Nesteruk: Friday, early afternoon, easy parking. My wife returned some items, very easy, and In the process got a $10 coupon to use. She bought a very nice top for our upcoming cruise for $2.00! I waited in a comfy chair by the front door, inside with AC, checking my phone. All good.
