5 /5 Ta-Sha Hester: I stopped by the Lucky Brand store on 11/21/2025 and had such a good experience. The guy with the locs who helped me (I don’t want to mess up his name) was amazing. Super friendly, really patient, and he actually listened to what I was looking for. He made the whole visit easy and comfortable, and you can tell he really cares about helping people. I left with exactly what I needed and a good vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back.

1 /5 Rajal A: The clearance section had Coca Cola branded T-shirts marked 16.99 and had additional 50% however the ladies in the store did not follow it. Apparently they wrongly tagged the clearance so she did 40% instead and I had picked 3 more which I had to leave behind as she said I cannot adjust for more! Bad experience for just a small amount like 2 dollars! They could have handled this better but made us feel as if it was our fault !?

1 /5 ZR1 Lucille: Do Not Buy!!! The current jeans are crap and so is the customer service. They are overpriced and crappy material and stitching. Lucky Brand use to be a good Jean now they are the worst. Cheap jeans last way longer, these don’t last more than a few wears. The customer service would rather loose a customer than replace them. I urge you not to buy these, you will be disappointed. I’m guessing this is why stores are closing. Everyone has had the same experience just price gouge and provide a sub par product.

1 /5 Jack Drew: When I entered a guy helped for about 2seconds then quickly left, apparently end of his shift as I saw him pass by outside. Nobody else bothered helping me and actually seemed imposed upon to check me out. I had bought two pairs each for me and my partner and after trying them on at home, decided they weren’t a good fit so I came back the next day to return and received the rudest, nastiest “customer service” from the woman working. She was perhaps in her 30’s and basically belittling me for returning them, sniping that I should have tried them on, etc. I told her that I bought them for my partner who hadn’t come shopping with me. You would think she was working on commission at the Neiman Marvus flagship store, not some outlet store outside of tourist town! Never going back.

1 /5 Rose Chenausky: Bought three shirts. Great selection but the sales guy was very pushy and honestly a bit rude. He grabbed my shirts to hold up front while I was looking and then started ringing them up while I was trying to show my husband. Said my husband didn’t need to see them :/ he also seemed very irritated that I didn’t have a email to give. The experience made me super uncomfortable.
