1 /5 Suzi Larson: At the Marshalls in Marianna, Florida, we wanted to buy a purse that was on a security tag. We asked the dressing room employee for assistance. She pointed us to the button that we pushed. Waited. Pushed again. Waited longer. We returned to the dressing room employee. She said the manager was on her way. No one showed. We pushed the button again. In total we waited roughly 20 minutes. No one showed. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service. I understand we do not have a lot of stores in our small town, but I feel we deserve quality customer service.
