5 /5 Michael Belo: I wanted to share how helpful Andre in the women’s shoe department was today. We had a pair of Tory Burch sanders purchased from Nordstroms a few years ago and one of the straps broke. Andre let us know that usually that wouldn’t covered under the warranty/exchange policy but said he was going to make an exception and did a full exchange for us as a loyal customer. Stories like these are what makes a store like Nordstroms an amazing place to shop. Thanks Andre

5 /5 Alan Goldman: My favorite store. First the sales people became my friends. They smile and we always get the royal treatment. Find things Im not looking for. Great clothes for Men with Style. Never thought I would have so many different sneakers and great fitting jeans. And the Mens fragrance Department is perfectly worth the visit. Bought names and scents that people comment on.
