Old Navy - Hialeah (FL)

1 /5 Leoo Fabelo: I had a very disappointing experience at the Old Navy in Hialeah. The store manager was extremely rude and impatient. Instead of helping or explaining things calmly, she raised her voice and made me feel very uncomfortable. I hope corporate management looks into this situation — customers deserve to be treated with respect.

4 /5 Mariela Alvarez: Old Navy has good customer service. I went to the store to return an item I purchased online and it was a straightforward experience. Their clothing line is simplistic, comfortable but not the elegance I seek. However, it’s a nice, simple look for hanging out or for beach ware look.
