1 /5 Crystal Formella: Went shopping at 615 this morning to be told from the girl at the door what shelf these certain shirts were on, after her telling me what table I got 3 shirts from there for the girls at the register to be extremely rude when I asked abt the price when they rang up full price not black Friday pricing (which is the whole reason we shop). After being spoke to with attitudes from kids my kids age I wont be going back. Ill stick to ordering online. Such a shame yall could be a good store but got horrible customer service and left paying full price.....

1 /5 Kathleen Smith: A few months ago, I came into the store and had one of the worst experiences of my life. I was greeted by no one! And frantically walked around the store looking for an item, and was not helped by any associates. I asked the one worker doing everything at the register if she was the manager, and she told me that she was not, and pointed at the TWO managers, one of whom she said was named Savannah, standing in the front of the store, literally doing nothing. I haven’t been in in a month, but the last two times I have seen the same ladies still doing no work, and giving an attitude when asked to grab something—horrible customer service.

1 /5 emma lee: The manager Jennifer, was extremely rude. We had an exchange today because I picked up the wrong size. My boyfriend and I picked up the right sizes and brought those shirts up to the front and also had the bag with the clothes from our last purchase with the receipt and the tags and gave our phone number. Proof of the purchase and that it was under our account. When Jennifer was called over by one of the employees to do the exchange she threw down the products that she was putting out on the floor, rolled her eyes and came stomping over, no smile, no how can I help you. We explained that we just needed to exchange the sizes and also that we couldn’t find one of the shirts and she snapped back “it’s sold already”. She then grabs our bag and dumps the old shirts out which causes them and the receipt and tags to go across the desk. She picks up the shirts and yelled at us “are these washed?!?!?” I said “no they were just sitting in the bag and the tags should still be there” she yells again before I can even finish my sentence “no there’s not!” They were in the bag. We have never had a bad experience here before until now.
