2 /5 Cristina M: Hi. I was there today (it would be great if the owners read this)..I was there and bought 2 bags. One was for $20 and it happened it was not authentic and because I don’t believe in supporting these items I immediately turned around and went to return it. I explained to Mia who seems to be the manager of the store and at no moment did she make eye contact with me. I was very polite during my whole interaction, explained why I would like to return the item. She did not show any reaction, it was visible that she was annoyed. She did refund me the money in which I thanked her for and again, no reaction, no response back, she made me feel uncomfortable, unwanted and that all of it was a nuisance to her. Customer service is everything. The goods at times might not be, but the people matter. It’s the people that make your business. It’s the people that will share their experience of how they were treated. And Mia showed with her lack of professionalism and politeness that it’s not worth going there. Unfortunately this store lacks good customer service. There are way better thrift stores to go to in Jax.

4 /5 Tanya Grace: ✨First visit to the Platos Closet Regency location. I was a bit apprehensive to shop here because of an unfavorable experience at another location. I visited on a weekend (Saturday morning). It was not too crowded and the changing rooms were available. I enjoyed thrifting because it gives me a sense of adventure discovering hidden treasures. Overall, my experience here was better. I was traveling in the area and the temperature dropped significantly. I came to find a jacket. I left with a few items. I also appreciate they offer various discounts including military discount. The staff are helpful as well.

5 /5 Miranda Twillie: Five stars! I brought in clothes and shoes to sell and they were quick, kind, and offered a great price. On top of that, I always enjoy shopping here — there’s always something good to find. Such an easy experience!
