1 /5 Mariah Salter: I have been a loyal Platos Closet customer for some time, but my experiences at this particular location have been consistently disappointing. On multiple visits, I’ve encountered issues that I havent experienced at other locations. Most recently, I was informed that I could only bring in one bag of clothes, despite having been allowed to bring multiple bags to other stores. On a previous occasion, I was turned away while still in the parking lot because the store decided to stop accepting clothes for the day, without any prior notice.
The staff often seems unmotivated and unwilling to assist, which makes the entire process frustrating. While I appreciate the Plato’s Closet brand, the challenges at this location make it difficult to continue supporting them. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the overall customer experience.
