1 /5 Lisa Walker: Don’t bother taking items to sell them in the afternoon. The younger girls apparently don’t want to be bothered with looking through any more items at this point. They will say that it’s not the brands they are looking for when I had plenty of Free People items, even new with tags and Lululemon. I folded all the items before bringing them and they were folded the same way when I picked them up.

1 /5 Lexie Works: Don’t come here it’s a waste of time! I’ve been here shopping twice and had a bad experience both times. I decided to try and sell instead of buying from there today and after waiting over an hour (on a slow monday evening) i’m finally texted that it’s ready, but told they can’t take anything because of an “odor”. I brought in well over 50 items of freshly washed clothes along with over pairs of shoesthat weren’t sealed or tied up, so i’m just confused on why it took them an hour to “find this smell” and tell me they don’t want anything.

2 /5 Fer: Loved the huge selection of clothes! The staff was super rude and kept giving very contemptuous looks and acted like we were bothersome whenever they were asked simple questions. They never smiled at anyone, would snap at one another and when I requested to put in my points for my checkout, the girl heaved this huge sigh and started typing super dramatically like we were such a pain to help. Not a huge fan of their overall moodiness and cattiness. It felt like dealing with a bunch of immature middle schoolers at a mall together and not actively paid employees there to service people.

1 /5 R S: Absolutely love this store! Always a great selection and clean. Was very happy with how full the store was today. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the employees working today. As I don’t live in the area I visit a few times a year to shop so I wasn’t quite sure of the fitting room system. (Maybe there was a sign i didn’t see) but unfortunately when I asked if I could get a fitting room I was told that I could go into any of the rooms that were open which I didn’t see off the bat and the way I was spoke to seemed as if I was an inconvenience to whoever..I’m assuming the shift lead working on a side task. After I tried my items on I walked over to get checked out there were two girls at one counter chatting and processing a buy while the other girl (I assume the lead) was still tasking. After waiting at the counter patiently 5-7 minutes passed and I finally was checked out after another customer had to tell the girl tasking that I was ready for check out. A. After I was standing there for sometime B. After she had acknowledged me and ignored my presence and continued to task before the other customer said something. I’m normally not one to say anything if I have one bad employee interaction at a store as I know people are busy and some people have bad days this one rubbed me the wrong way and I hope this can be taken care of.

1 /5 Jay Dee: As most reviews say, staff are super rude! My teens bought clothes here and some were hardly worn and in great condition but they wouldn’t buy them back. We will never shop here again.
