1 /5 Sinekqua Price: This store smelled really bad. The associates were very unprofessional. They were hollering and yelling to each other from across the store, even the older lady. Once we were at the register to pay, the only thing the associate said or, should I say asked was, "is that debit." No greeting, no, "did you find everything okay." NOTHING. I said, while we were leaving out off the store. Ill never go back to that store. Id rather go to the Avenue B store where they greet you and try to help you. If I had the option of 1 start, thats exactly what this store would get.

5 /5 Juan Santiago: Notice an Rainbow Store closer to us. Traffic lighter, same items as the other store on Dunn Av. Turned in an outfit that didnt fit was able to get another.

1 /5 Rikenya: A few minutes ago I attempted to go into the store at 10:07am and they opened up at 10 o’clock. I open the door and the lights are still off and I’m told that they’re not open yet and I needed to leave. How are they late and I’m not giving an apology and I’m asked to leave because they are running behind and not ready yet? They could’ve just turned on the lights and I could’ve just looked around at the selection while they took the additional five minutes to open. Why have the door unlocked if you’re not ready to open yet? I swear some businesses have poor management skills and customer service.

1 /5 Ms. Mel: Customer service horrible never once acknowledged at the register. Clerk continued to speak to another associate while I stood there for a few minutes. If you are in a customer service position be professional people of color already have stereotypes to dissolve it never helps or benefits when we prove some stereotypes may be accurate at times. Give the service you expect.

5 /5 Steph Hough: Love this store. Customer service is wonderful. Staff is very friendly. Really nice clothes. Just the right styles and sizes for just about everyone
