2 /5 CTech LLC: We have ordered from this company several times in the past, and four of the last five orders have had one issue or another. When theres a mistake, we always have to pay for new shirts to fix the mistake, and thats not a good way to run a business, in my opinion. The last set of shirts that we ordered rolled up at the bottom and per the owner it was due to how they were washed and dried, but they were washed on gentle cycle and dried on low heat, so, I feel like they were just very low quality t-shirts. You have to pay for the product up front, so theres no way of knowing the quality until you receive it.
We were offered 15% off our next order of shirts to fix the issue, which is not a solution.
Our polo shirts came out good, but the previous issue with positioning of the embroidered logo was resolved the same way with a minimal discount, and we had to re-order/pay to correct the problem.
