1 /5 Karla Machado: Disappointed with the Management and Customer Service
I usually enjoy shopping at Ross, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing due to the behavior of the store manager. The manager showed a complete lack of customer service , instead of being helpful or understanding, they were dismissive and unprofessional. We were trying to pay but the transaction didn’t go through, we tried like 3 more times even with different cards and it wasn’t working. I asked if we could go to another registered machine and she was like “oh takes these customers to another machine because they are saying it’s this machine” I guess their system was down because none of the machines were working and it was happening to other customers too. We were talking to the cashier if they could hold the stuff for us until they could fix the system and this manager came to us saying that she couldn’t let us take the stuff without paying when we were not even talking about that, she wasn’t even there in the conversation. Who’s so dumb to think that we are going to take the stuff without paying. This lady was giving us attitude since the first moment. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the staff tried to help, but the manager’s attitude ruined the experience. A manager should lead by example, showing patience, respect, and problem-solving skills, none of which were present during my visit. I hope Ross takes customer feedback seriously and addresses this issue, because customers deserve to feel valued and respected.
