Shoe Dept. - Marianna (FL)

1 /5 Mrs Major: I went into your store this evening and experienced the rudest children (your employees) 2 girls and a boy playing as if they were on a playground rather than greeting or assisting customers. One of them started burping purposely and extremely loudly while they all 3 laughed out loud about it. It was at that point that I decided to put my purchase back and leave. They apparently were trying to get me to leave on purpose because when I did they began laughing hysterically to the point where they were red in the face. They came and stood at the window laughing as they watched me get in my car to leave. It was at that point that one of children (your childish employees) decided to attempt to climb one of the pillars on the wall. You all should really check your store surveillance cameras. It was some time after 4pm but closer to 5pm. I am most certain that any Regional Manager or General Manager with any kind of concern or expectation of professionalism during a time when artificial intelligence is taking over and one who has any concern for the wellbeing of this shoe store in a town as small as Marianna would not take this lightly. I hope you do not. I am even considering writing a complaint to corporate because the 3 of them should be terminated immediately. There was a 4th employee in the store, another male, who was working and stocking shelves. He also did not stop to ask if I needed any assistance but at least he was working. I overheard another customer say to them as he walked out the store that the playful boy with the dark brown hair should stop hitting one of the girl children. What a disgusting waste of time after a hard day’s work. I left your store to go to Walmart to buy shoes. Do you understand how ridiculous that is to allow your customer to walk away from a specialty store to shop at a big box store strictly because of rude, disrespectful, childish, obnoxious, entitled little brats that have been hired to do a job that they won’t even do. May they all have the unemployed life that they deserve. Ridiculous! Hire some professional employees!

1 /5 Stacey Partridge: I usually have good experiences at Shoe Dept. in Marianna, FL, but today was not one of them. Two female employees were standing around talking when I asked if a shoe came in a bigger size. They looked at each other, waited, and without checking the back or inventory said no. They were not kind, were no help at all, and didn’t offer any alternatives to what I was looking for. The interaction made me feel stupid for asking a basic question. Employees need to be more attentive and actually assist customers. Very disappointing service.

5 /5 hotrod watch tv: I came in looking for steel tech boots. I couldn’t find anything before I went to go ask for help. A younger man came up to me and asked me if I needed any help. He was very kind and slow with me understanding what boots were the best Had a nice conversation with him
