1 /5 S NYC: Paying far beyond retail for the convenience of a neighborhood store, is ok. But when you buy a pair of jeans for 300-400 dollars, I expect some courtesy and service.
The man who sold me these jeans stated while measuring me that he would leave them long to accommodate for shrinking. He did not. Not only did he cut the legs too short, but two obviously different lengths. The pants are unwearable and instead of at least offering some solution, (Im a reasonable man) I was told that the only thing they would do is cut the longer leg to match the shorter. Zero accountability for poor tailoring on his part.
I would never go back and will certainly tell my friends, family and neighbors to avoid this store as well. At least an attempt to remedy the situation would have been appreciated.
Take your business elsewhere.
