1 /5 Becca Spoerle: Terrible experience. The lack of communication and professionalism from this company is unreal. After being strung along for over a month with repeated assurances that my order would be ready “tomorrow,” I was finally told the day before pickup that they could no longer fulfill it. That information should have been communicated weeks earlier. Customers deserve honesty and timely updates, not last-minute cancellations after significant time and effort have already been invested. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.
