3 /5 Anthony Palmer: Quality work and good craftsmanship. However turnaround time was unreliable. I originally agreed to a Tuesday pickup with no rush but after multiple delays the work was not ready until Saturday. She clearly does good work but seems to take on too much at once. If timing matters I would recommend confirming expectations clearly in advance.

5 /5 Michael: Came here for AGSU alterations. Lorraine was very kind and professional. She understood the requirements of the new uniform and got me measured quickly. Overall process was fast and easy, I am satisfied with the visit.

1 /5 Punched Donkey: This place is completely unprofessional. There is never anyone in here but the staff always acts like they are too busy to help you. They set very specific pick up times for dropped off alterations but I am yet to have anything finished on time. The staff has no issue with making you wait around to drop something off while they talk with their friends on the phone. If you are planning on dropping a uniform off for an inspection I would have it altered somewhere else, especially if you have a deadline as the work will probably be late.
