4 /5 cazablocki: I enjoy this gym, its close to work and close enough to home. The owner goes out of her way to make sure its kept clean and theres a decent choice of exercises. For the beginner Kim is available for assistance. Theres even a shower which is awesome in a gym this size. The part I dont like is something you will run into at every gym, inconsiderate people. Ive seen people use all the barbell options at once, the standard leaving weights wherever you want when you leave, ect. They have signs up to discourage this kind of behavior, but humans will be humans.

5 /5 Kelley James: Awesome!! The owner Kim is a very friendly and kind woman. She cares about the people who go to her gym. Wouldnt go anywhere else! There is tanning there and she has a very large amount of equipment for everyone to use. Plus she has instructions up for people to follow. She does personal training as well! Great place. Love the atmosphere,‼️

5 /5 Vic V-: Loving this 24 hour gym that offers tanning and ab/glute & yoga classes monthly! I started Personal training with Kim, the owner and have seen results while maintaining until I reach my goals. Its been AMAZING! She has been a Superstar keeping my focused, She builds rapport with being so personable to talk and be around. She even helped me with my Nutrition Plan with my training sessions. This GYM is on FIRE!

5 /5 Deana Clark-Carlisle: A gym you as in ANYONE can walk on and feel comfortable. Any help or concerns they are there to genuinely help you. Along with yummy drinks, smoothies, coffees you can get from the drink station. Just truly average but Flippin amazing. Try them go visit, you will see.

5 /5 Donna Palecek: Im so glad that I joined this gym, Kim the owner is very helpful and friendly. The equipment is well maintained and clean. I have used the aqua massage machine and loved it. I highly recommend this gym.
